The Bluffs is a beautiful serene mature community established in 1973. The condo association consists of 71 homes, 13 are townhouses, 58 are single level homes arranged in two and three story brick buildings. The Bluffs is set in a wooded area on Morse Reservoir. We have a large community clubhouse with a heated pool available to our homeowners and guests. Maintenance fees are $420.00 per month, includes, grass mowing, snow removal, water and sewer, pool, roads, siding, roofing etc.This area is perfect for casual walking, access to Morse Lake, gathering with family and friends around the pool, and watching wildlife year round. Bluffs documents are available on the web site for review and understanding condo living rules. The Bluffs Association documents limits the number of investor owned rentals, currently there are no rental slots available.
