The Bluffs Community was established in 1973. The condo association consists of 71 homes, 13 are townhouses, 58 are single level homes arranged in two and three story brick buildings. The Bluffs is set on four acres in a beautiful wooden area on Morse Reservoir. We have a large community clubhouse with a heated pool available to our homeowners and guests.
